Our current turnaround time is 10 business days, unless otherwise state. Just a heads up: choosing faster shipping only speeds up delivery once your order has shipped; it won’t shorten the time it takes to make your order. Everything is made to order and processed in the order we receive them.

Return and Refunds

Because each of our products is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, tried on, or used. Each item has an accurate size chart available, please use this prior to ordering! If you decide you no longer want your item after it arrives, please don’t open it, simply return it in its original mailer, unopened and in the condition it was received to be eligible for a refund.
